Purpose
To give you an opportunity to socialise using a foreign language while sampling the culture

Anyone with an interest in the language and the culture
Contents
Cultural evenings - wine tasting, experience of regional cuisine, cinema, political and social issues, and other topics on request
Language Lab organises social events that allow you to practise a foreign language while tasting the culture of its country. They are available in the following forms:
- Wine tasting evenings
- Film screenings followed by an informal discussion over a glass of wine
- Themed evenings for 'foodies' (recipes, regional cooking etc)
- Discussions on the latest news and topical issues in the target country.
Our events take place once a month in an informal, friendly atmosphere. We also provide private evenings by special arrangement on one specific theme (for example wine tasting sessions covering several different regions)
Everyone will be given the opportunity to talk with other participants of the same language level.
A fact sheet is provided every session. Afterwards you will also receive a summary of your main learning points.
